ADMISSION

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be eighteen(18) years of age

- At least High School Graduate

- Can communicate either oral and written

- Physically and mentally fit

- With good moral character

- Can perform basic mathematical computation

- Two(2) pcs – 1” x 1” photo

- Police Clearance

- Form 137-A

- NSO Birth Certificate
